What we collect

When you make a reservation: name, email, country, chosen model, and whether you want the light accessory.

We don't ask for payment details on this site and we don't collect sensitive data.

Why we use it

To record your reservation, send you a confirmation, and contact you about production, delivery, and payment for your camera.

The legal basis is your consent and handling the reservation you request. We never sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the site: hosting and database, and the email delivery service. They may be outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

While your reservation is active and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hegel@1labs.co. We reply within 30 days.

This includes your rights under GDPR (Europe), CCPA/CPRA (California), and Latin American data protection laws. You can also complain to your country's data protection authority.

Security and minors

We protect data with encrypted connections and restricted access. This site is not directed at children under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date on this page.
